Default HTC 8x royally screwed up after latest update

So, yesterday my phone notified me an update was made available for my HTC 8x on VZW. I downloaded and installed the update without issue, but now I've noticed some things are royally screwed up. First, text messaging seems screwed up. I had 2 bars of LTE service where I was at, yet almost all of my text messages were bouncing back with a "Can't send message, try again" notification. Restarted the phone, issue persists. Second, this morning my alarm for work failed to go off. Luckily, someone sent me an MMS around when I was supposed to wake up....but, that MMS had been sent to me last night. So, third, MMS messages also appear to be arriving significantly delayed. The last two issues (so far) involve Bluetooth pairing in my car. When I receive a text message my car reads it to me and allows me to respond with my voice. Never had issues with this before. After the update, my phone struggles to properly translate what I'm saying with my voice. So, the voice recognition capabilities seem to have gotten much worse since this latest update. Lastly, also involving the voice-to-text, when I'm finished speaking my voice message I can say "add more" if I'd like to add a little bit more to my message...after this update, my phone literally appends the words "add more" and ignores what I said after I said "add more." So, my text message ended up being "I've got a small present for you when I get home add more" rather than "I've got a small present for you when I get home and it's not the shiny variety." VERY FRUSTRATING.

So where do we go to officially give notice to Verizon/HTC about bugs?

Really. I've been going through them for the past hour. I haven't seen any response form one HTC rep. Only upset customers.
