Thread: Advantage Qwerty Keyboard problems

I have developed problems with the qwerty keyboard on my HTC Advantage X7500. It just refuses to work unless I reset the device and this is now happening every day!

The onboard keyboard works fine.

any ideas gratefully accepted and can anyone recommend a good bluetooth keyboard as well?

I thought the qwerty keyboard is the onboard keyboard, or did you mean the onscreen keyboard?

so you are saying the Hard "real" keyboard that attaches magnetically doesn't work properly?

Did you try doing a full backup of your device, then doing a HARD RESET?

A hard reset means, formatting the X7500 back to factory settings, and wiping out all personal data.

if it works properly after a Hard Reset, then it means, it is something you installed, or some configuration settings that is corrupted in the registry.
