Thread: htc sync promlem

when i try to sync my photos and music all that happens it a message come up saying failed to mount/unmount sd card and when i plug my phone in it says you have connected a device with no storage card when i have. help.

Does your phone recognise the SD card?
Have you got a card reader on your computer, if so try it there.?
