Thread: Phone goes black and unresponsive......Grrrrrrr

Hi,

I have had my Desire S for a few months and it has been good. However, in the last three or so weeks it's started to misbehave. I had a call this morning and after finishing it the screen went black. That's it now but from past experience after a while it will sometimes wake up again. Pressing the power button or anything else does nothing.

The other thing it has done recently is this: When using for a call the phone display is black when it's against your ear. Trouble is that after the call it remains black when I take my phone away from my ear to end the call. I have to press the power button to light up the display to see the END CALL button. What is going on????
