Thread: soft keys not working.

Hi all,

This morning when I took my Desire S off charge i found that the soft keys aren't working at all which makes it almost impossible to use the handset, (no back key, no home key).

The hansdset hasn't received any bangs or knocks.

I ended up doing a factory reset, but to no avail.



any ideas what to do?
