Thread: contacts not appearing on texts

Two of my contacts suddenly don't appear on my text list. I have to look at their profile on search people to see the texts. I rang HTC who said to try a softer reset, not worked! Has anyone else had this?

Yes I'm having the same kind of problems. I only get the phone number when i get a text message eventhough i have got the contact details stored, I dont have mine linked with facebook or any email accounts etc. I'm now starting to just get phone numbers when i get a call to, its so annoying!!! I have emailed HTC so i will seewhat they come back with, vodafone didnt offer any help
