Thread: Help!!!

Hello,

Please Help!!! Emergency!!!

My DesireZ suddenly died (while in my pocket) without any apparent reason. I tried anything but noting seem to help. Battery was charged and even changed. Sim and SD cards were checked, but again, without any success. Even the charging indication light is not there (while charging).
Please please please help me. This phone (and the info saved on it) is crucial for both my business and personal life.
Please let me know asap what should I do. I really need your help asap.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Find a HTC service store if there is any near you, google them.
Good luck though! I'm only new here but from what i've read about HTC is that they are lacking in the "Customer Service" division.
