Default Desire 610 can't stop rebooting

Hi, my 610 now cannot complete the booting process. I tried multiple booting options (volume down + power button), e.g., factory reset, fast boot, hboot. None of these can start up my phone. The booting process always gets stuck in the middle of the process with htc logo on the screen and stay that way for a few minutes before it reboot again. There is a sign that the antenna is broken because before this booting issue happened, it complained it cannot find service. What can i do now? Can I install the OS again?
