Thread: No sound from headphones!

I recently bought some nice beats headphones and they worked great on my desire.I downloaded Jam 11 last week to sync my itunes but now the headphones dont work(they work on other devices do the problem is with my desire)is there anything i can do to rectify this problem without reseting to the factory defaults.Also if i do reset to the factory defaults will the problem be solved.
