HTC Desire Stuck On Boot Screen
HELP!
I just got a new HTC Desire, not rooted
And I immediately on it when I on it
with my SIM and SD card in it.
Its then stuck on the "HTC" logo with
a white background and it stops moving.
I took out the battery, as it is stuck,
and I put back in and decided to on it.
It is never on again. Why? Any Idea?
It is unable to on.

The first boot is the longest as it configures the system and then runs the Setup app. If it doesn't start the Setup within about 5 mins, then you may have a problem. You can try doing a reset without starting the phone:
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the buttons on the phone.
- With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.
- Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button..
- Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.
- Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.
