Thread: Problem changing keyboards

I want to change the keyboard on my wife's HTC Desire and have followed the instructions here: How to install a new keyboard on the HTC Desire - Know Your Cell

The trouble is when I go to Settings/Language and Keyboard, it doesn't have the INPUT METHOD option. Does anyone have any ideas?

You installed an additional keyboard first right?

Try going into a message and hold click on the field where you enter text, when you release it it should show a little menu that has the input method option also.
