Thread: setting to stop apps etc making charges to phone bill account

Hi.

I have just got my new desire and played around in the settings, one of them was to stop apps etc making charges to the phone bill... can anyone help me to find this setting again so I can turn it off?

sorry, after hours of searching found it as an option on my providers website and not the phone at all (now anyway to delete this post to save my embarrassment?)
