Thread: Deleting messages problems...

Hi,
I recently went to delete my messages and everytime i go to do it the phone freezes and the messages just wont delete. I gather that it is probably because there is about 7000 texts in my box so is there anyway of getting round this and deleting them all?

Im having the same issues,was hoping to clear some space and maybe speed my phone up.Does anyone know how to sort this

.. I guess there's always the nuclear option: a factory reset. Of course, this will get rid of everything on the phone (so, not stuff on the SD card), which would include all of your messages. You'd also need to re-install all your apps etc.

I'm guessing this is a bit more drastic than you'd like ..
