Thread: Android 2.3.5 on O2.

I have recently applied the latest software update to Android 2.3.5 including the latest HTC software (3.12.405.1) on my Desire HD on O2. Since the upgrade I can no longer get data through my O2 account. The telephone and Wifi connections are still good, but no network data.

Also, I have Premium Navigation installed on the phone and I have now lost the Car Panel icon. If I go into Navigation it puts me into Google Maps. I can still get the Route66 maps but only through a very obscure sequence of key-presses.

Update: I now have data through my O2 account after a friendly guru in the O2 shop reset the internet access settings. However in the process all my screen widgets and icons were lost so I had to repopulate the screens. Nothing lost, but it took some time to get back to where I was. The Premium Navigation is still there but accessed through 'Locations'. The 'Navigation' icon now takes me into Google mapping. (There is another thread in these forums that identifies this change).
