Thread: serious g1 problems

Hi All

I've got a T-Mobile G1 with android 1.5 crc1 firmware, experiencing these problems:
- It can't be connected to any computer via usb when it's open. I can't charge it when it's open.
- It does not display usb&market notifications.I see just sd card notification.
- It does not check status updates.I tried to run the system updates menu in settings, but it does not work.
- Now all charges expire in 30-60 minutes.It's really short.
- It does not open backlights of keyboard and front buttons anymore.

I tried using different cables, batteries and upgraded to android 1.6 but still same story.How can I fix it? I live in Turkey and I bought it from someone in Turkey because t-mobile doesn't distribute it in Turkey.I want to use warranty, but turkish htc support said "you must send your phone to where you bought it from" But I can't find the seller, how can I know where he bought it from?

What can I do?
