So far the thing is great!

I am writing this reply from it. I did not touch my computer all night.

The OS is pretty easy to navigate, phone runs very smooth. It runs smoother than my HTC pro that had more ram but was running windows mobile 6.1

The hardwarre feels great, not as large as I thought it was gonna be, although the flip up screen feels kinda flimsy and when closed it jiggles a bit. Ill have to find someone with one to see if theirs does thr same

I downloaded a bunch of stuff from the app store, all is free so far!

The program that you scan prices with ther camera is awesome I was scanning everything in my room haha

I give the phone an A-

took me awhile to figure out these features aren't in the phone..i did some research too

    - No files transfer , even via bluetooth
    - No feature to view files in your memory card
    - Could not find the picture i downloaded from a text message
    - When sim card is locked, there's no place for me to insert the unlock code
    - lack of virtual keypads for text (that might defeat the purpose of qwerty keyboard)
    - no Profiles
    - you can't select a custom music for IM ringtone or text

if you plug in USB to a computer, it will pop up as device NO NAME, and there are seperate folders for Downloads and Pictures...

I didn't see a device "no name" but I could dump my music on the card. After that I highlight the tune in the music player and press the menu key - from there I have the option to select the tune as my ringtone. I can find no such option for my text notification yet.

Use Voice Dial. It is only one touch on the screen.
