    Default Locked out of your HTC Eris/Hero?

    THE ONLY OPTION IS A HARD RESET!!

    Once the phone goes into lock mode, it cuts off all communication with Google's servers. So even if you have your gmail info, it won't log into it and let you in. You will always have to do a Hard reset !!
