    Default Phone won't turn on

I upgraded the mico sd card to a 16GB one (Kingston) and everything seemed find until i put a load of mp3s on the memory card, it could see them all and browse though them but when I tried to play one the phone hung, after about 30 mins I decided to switch the phone off and on again, only it won't switch on again! I get the HTC white loading screen but its been sitting there for over an hour and I can't turn it off again either.

Ah, yeah in the end I decided to just take the battery out and put it back in, then it wouldn't boot at all, so battery out again and this time I removed the new MicroSD card and it let me boot.
So its my Kingston 16GB microSD card it doesn't like...!? that cost me £70 how do I get it working with my larger capacity microSD card?
