Thread: New update locked up phone

I recieved the new update a week or so ago and after it downloaded and installed it worked fine till my battery died. When I charged it and turned it on it locked up on the screen with the 3 droids on the skateboards and that's all it will do. Verizon couldn't do anything and a hard reset won't do anything. Idea?

hmmmm......why dont u try sending it a 3rd party repair center maybe they might be able to help u....i always get my droid repired at HTC Repair Houston.
