Thread: Contact name does not appear when I receive SMS/text messages

I have had my HTC Incredible S for just over a week, and getting used to most of the functions and features (previously have used Nokia for years) and enjoying it
There is one thing that I cannot find a solution or setting for, and that is when I send/receive SMS's although the user is in my contacts, the name does not come up, only the mobile number. Is there something that I have overlooked in the settings, although I wonder why the name is not the default unless of course the sender is not in my contacts.
