    Default GPS warning everytime I reboot (NEED HELP)

    Anyone else get this warning? I get it even if I click NEVER WARN. I don't get the warning if I am on FAST BOOT though. Any ideas? I am also already upgraded to 4.08. Which way is the best to charge the phone FAST BOOT OR NO FAST BOOT and phone on or off?
