    Default Htc Evo 3D Boot loader S-off

    hello all when can we the peopel expect to see the promised unlocked bootloader for the sprint evo 3D? currently the device is locked. It came with boot loader 1.30 on the device a ota update updated that to 1.40 but device still is currently locked. please keep your promise. its the reason i bought two of these phones. any info would be great on this.
