Thread: Evo 4g vs Evo 3D

I just got the Evo 4g through sprints upgrade plan (premium member). I find that the Evo 4g runs out of battery life pretty quickly even with the new android gingerbread update.

I payed about $99.00 with a renewed plan. I want better battery life and I am wondering what the best way to go is. To either buy a extended life battery for the 4g, or swap out the 4g for the 3d. I would have to shell out another $100.00 however, and paying only $100 dollars for an htc phone was my original deciding factor that persuaded me to get the 4g in the first place.

My second question; is the 3d's battery really that much better? I hear using the 3d camera eats the battery like none other because what I really wanted a smartphone for was for social networking and games above all else.

My 3D is a lot better on battery life. Mine lasts most of the day which is a huge feat for any Android phone.
