Thread: SD card for evo 4g

I have a related issue. I have purchased three 32GB cards because I wanted to upgrade my 8GB for more space. However, after trying almost everything I can think of, I cannot migrate my data to any of these cards. I thought it would a simple matter of just dragging and dropping files from one card to the other, but nothing has worked. The files seem to be on the new 32GB card, but the phone doesn't recognize it. Everything folder looks empty when viewed on the phone (Astro), and none of the functions or applications can access the new card, such as the camera, music player, etc. Does anyone have any wisdom on how to migrate my old data from the 8GB card to the new 32GB card.

Did you "format" the 32GB card in the EVO first ?
you should be able to copy contents (via PC) from one to the other after that!
