Thread: Help needed - big mark appeared in screen

Hi I have a 2 month old flyer, always had a screen protector on and always in a case.
I have never dropped my flyer but today a large best described as a splodge has appeared in the middle of my screen looks like oily water with a yellowish outline. Very strange, phoned helpline and they went on about water damage but its never been near water.
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone any ideas before I send it back.

Unfortunately, your LCD screen broke and need a replacement and most probably not cover by warranty. It probably a result of external pressure on the screen, although in some case will be the mounting of your LCD is not done correctly in the factory which resulted in excess pressure on the screen.
