Flyer Memory Mystery?
I have just purchased a Flyer WiFi with 16Mb of Memory. When I tether it to my PC and look at the HDD its only about 8GB.
Have I been done, is the rest of the memory elsewhere, or is this normal?

This is normal. Flyer will separate your on-board memory to two sections, one for system files which is approximately 8GB (this is where your operating system and on board apps is installed) where you could only access the files using HTC sync, and unable to mount it as a flash drive. While the other will work similar to a external memory card, since you are having the 16GB model, it will have approximately 8GB of space (It can be mounted as a flash drive), if you install a File manager this area of space will be in a folder "Sdcard" , if you install an external MicroSD card it will be named as "extSd" .
Hope this help =)
