SD Card
Yesterday, my sd card stopped working... I haven't beensuccessful at formatting it either. now, my only problem is that the card was a promo item at time of purchase. called Bell & they are referring me to the store where I bought the phone. does anyone have any suggestions or other methods to try to resolve this problem?

Re: SD Card
it's not common, but flash cards do have a failure rate just like any other form of electronics. I would check to see what the warranty is on it. I know sandisk has 5 year warranty on many of their SD cards. Some of their Compactflash cards have lifetime warranties. Check the manufacturers website and see what you can come up with.

Re: SD Card
Hey Joe, what methods have you used to try and format it? Using a microsd card reader through the computer?

Re: SD Card
If it just randomly stopped working, my guess is that the card itself is broken

Ya, that's my thought too... I'm waiting for Bell Aliant & AMP (who the dealer buys the phones from) to make a decision on who's gonna replace it... It's been a week...
