Thread: HTC hd mini - some more questions

Hi,

I have bought an HTC hd mini and the manual does not cover some questions I have:

1) I have copied my Word files and Excel files from my HTC Touch Cruise to my hd mini. When I open one of these files and edit it on my hd mini, I cannot see any way to either (a) revert to the saved version, or (b) close the file in any other way than going to the Task Manager and closing it there. Even in the Task Manager, I can only close File Explorer which then closes the Word or Excel file.

2) There does not seem to be any way to do a soft reset other than taking the back of the phone off and removing the battery.

3) There seems no way to create shortcuts (to individual files) which I can then place in the quick launch facility.

Can anyone help me, please?

I have a serious problem
Phone screen "hands-free logo" appears.
After that I can not do with phone calls.
Please Please help me

Hi Dayan,

For your problem, you need to swicth off then on the phone back, it will back to normal. I had try on my phone also the same problem!
