Thread: Hi guys , newbie needs help

Hi , Ok just bought a used hd2 and what first strikes me is the charger mini connection doesnt SEEM to fit into the phone very well , when connected it doesnt go all th eway into the handset ,you can still see a couple of millimeteres of the silver mini plug and seems to be a pretty poor connection, is that right or should it go all the way into the charging socket nice n tight ?
please as many answers on this as if its faulty im gonna send it back to the clown who sold me it ,

Hi there, must definitly have a nice fit and go in all the way.

Depends on the cable manufacturer - I've just checked a few of mine and they do vary - one in particular has 1 or 2mm of the metal still showing so is probably ok - make sure it is fitting well and not loose and don't think you'll have a problem - take care not to damage it - they need to be treated with respect
