Thread: No Hotmail on My Hero

I just got a Hero, am trying to get my hotmail, but it will not download emails. I am getting a message "Sorry! The application mail (process com.htc.andriod.mail) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." I called Sprint and they walked me through resetting the phone, deleting the hotmail account, and adding it again, but the same problem persists.

Can anyone please help? I am feeling frustrated now.

Hi, you have to delete the mails from hotmail site by other way and empty you mail box then try it again . I hope this problem will be solved.
