Thread: Hero Microphone Issues

In the last week or so an issue appears to have developed with my microphone. Basically when I make a call the person on the other end is stating that the sound is extremely muffled and it is like I am on speaker phone or talking away from the handset.

Any ideas on what could be wrong or how I could fix would be greatly appreciated.
