Thread: Google account problem - HTC Hero

I have a problem, I can’t log in to the android market because my google account that is linked to it is deleted, I can’t add a new account or change it for some reason, I get an error when I try that. Is there any fix for this?

If theres no fix I could try to restore my phone to factory default settings? But where is this option, I cant find it.

Go in to setting and then in to privacy and you have an option for factory reset.
Before you do this go online to htc.com website and call customer service - technical help - to see if they will help you.
