Thread: battery life/ not charging

Hey, I've had my phone for half a year. And these past two months, my phone doesnt charge, nor hold its charge.. sometimes it takes as long as 6hrs to get it 10% charged while its charging, or says it is.. my Orange light blinks when its on the charger , when its suppose to be a sold orange light.. I sometimes get a message saying "charging power current doesn't have enough consumption please switch to an ad adapter." Now my question is, is it a hardware problem and would I be able to send it in to get fixed, or did I cause this... Forgot to add one thing, I usually have to wiggle it around for it too stay. This is a great phone, but am noticing a lot of problems , nd with the battery life nd charging also over heating. Please help. Thanks

Have you tried charging with an a/c adapter? If you have to wriggle the plug to maintain connection then that is a permanent problem.

Yes, i have i even use the computer, and doesn't charge sometimes... takes forever to get it fully charged..it seems like if something is lose or something, i have no idea, i see a lot of people having problems charging their phones, but not how bad mine is. some other chargers fight in prefectly, but the one that came with my phne not so much anymore

Another question, the ac adapter, is the thing that plygs into the wall correct?

then dont charge the bettery threw its cable, charge only battery threw butterfly charger and then see what happens....
