Thread: 4 Issues

Hello,

I've recently converted to HTC from Blackberry and I'm currently have some issues that I'm hoping someone will be able to help with. I have tried contact HTC support but they weren't very helpful.

1. When I receive a text message it doesn't show the senders name, only the number but when I click on the number and press Open Contact is takes me to the contact in People. I noticed that for one day, it didn't do this but then reverted back to showing numbers.

2. When I receive text messages they have the wrong time stamp so my messages show in the incorrect order.

3. The Phone button at the bottom of the Home screen does nothing so I am unable to dial a number unless it is someone stored in People.

4. I am unable to update my phone. It says there is an error. I thought updating my phone mat fix the above issues but I'm unable to.

I would be grateful for any help people can give.

I have the same issues with the incorrect time showing for messages. I have had my phone for 6 months now and haven't done anything about looking into why yet. hopefully someone knows here.
