Thread: Htc sense login

When i try to log on to HTC sense on my HTC Inspire. It says "Unable to determine your region from the server". It lets me log on to it on my PC. Why isnt this working?

i have the same problem anyone got an answer?

My PC login just hangs and my phone errors out at location or the enter phone number step. Looks like Sense is just broken. I did see a thread somewhere on a forum about the new version being available only on one or two of the newest HTC phones. Maybe we are already obsolete....

Well I've had the Inspire for about 7-9 months and I can't get pass the sign in. It comes back every time saying the system is under maintenance. I've called this company numerous times and the first time the CS dept told me that maybe when I log in the system is under maintanence. My response was "every time I try to log in, are you serious". This december I tried logging in again and nothing. I spoke with the manager whose name I should mention but will not. And he had no reasonable answer. His reply, we are currently under maintenance and I asked for how long and he didn't have an answer for that question either. He told me to try after Christmas, here it is February and I still can't get through. DOES ANYONE HAS ANY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. I paid too much for this htc phone for me to not have service. Oh, and don't try calling corporate, they don't answer either....
