Thread: Help!!!

Using Bluetooth, my computer sees my Inspire as a Desire. Any ideas how to change it?
Also, My computer (Windows 7 Home Per 64 bit) will not recognize my phone at all with the USB cable, not event with the HTC software and driver. What can I do? I've been trying to get music on my phone via WMP and Winamp, I've tried syncing it and just moving the files but nothing works. Lastly, my phone will not recognize a mico SD 8GB, it says I need to format it, but still won't work after the format. Any suggestions would be great. Maybe I just got a bad phone?
