Thread: Annoying SMS problem after update

I have a legend that has been working fine for 3-4 months. Recently, however, I believe after a firmware upgrade a small, but irritating problem occurs with my SMS Inbox. I use the SMS program that came with the phone. For example, if I now get an SMS from my girlfriend, and click on the notification to open it, I will end up on the first message that i have received from her, and have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to find it. I have been searching for ways to change the settings or something, but I can't find any solution. The date and time on the SMSs are correct.

Any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me after the update, really annoying. I have sent HTC a mail about the problem, I'll tell you if I hear from them.

Hi there. I run an HTC Touch Pro 2 on Windows Phone and have no problems but colleague with Legend has same problem as you. Any feedback would be appreciated. I assume HTC will need to issue a fix?

exact same thing happened to me can't find any solutions. also, some of my texts appear in the wrong order. For example, i text somebody, they repley, i text them again and that text will appear above the text i was replying too

hey guys, i've done a little research and found that there is in fact another problem with the update. some users have found that their wifi does not work after updating. Due to the large amount of problems with the update, apparently htc have told people that they will be sending out a new update as soon as possible to fix the bugs. unfortunately we are given no indication of when this will be happening.

Is there any further information from HTC on this issue? It's really infuriating. It also affects my photos (I have to scroll down through all my photos to get to the most recent ones).

Does anyone have good advice on how to actually contact HTC?
