Thread: Legend locked up after 2.2 upgrade

Upgraded to 2.2 using my home wifi. All seemed Ok and the phone rebooted.

I get as far as the opening screen showing the time and date but none of the four buttons along the bottom of the screen do anything. The only button working is the on/off button.

Tried a factory reset using the volume down and power button. Phone rebooted but I am still stuck with buttons that don't respond and I cannot do anything.

Any ideas what to try next ?

Just heard back from HTC support. Got to send the phone back so it doesn't look like there is anything I can do with it.

JackCalico yea, it sounds more like a hardware issue than software.. And usually you can't do a s*** about hardware issues, hope u still got warrenty on it the only bad thing is that it can take a while before u get it back if they try to repair it :/
