Thread: No incoming sound on Bluetooth

I have two Bluetooth earpieces with the same symptom. On an incoming call, I can't hear the caller but they can hear me. On an outgoing call, all is normal. Another symptom is that I can't hear music through Bluetooth, which my user manual says I should. HTC support couldn't solve it, so the phone has been back for repair; repair docket said a receiver had been replaced, however, I still have the same problem.
