Thread: Wireless

Hi,

I have a issue with a wireless network i connect to at work.

FYI, i work in the IT dept at work, and i can confirm my phone has all relavant settings required for access. I have actually follwed the same procedure i've used (Offical works procedure) to around another 15 HTC phones in the last few months. My boss hasa HTC desire and no issues - same procedure followed as what i have done.

As of writing this, i am currently connected. However, to achieve this, i have had to attempt to connect several times, and either have to turn wifi off/on, or reboot my phone.

I'm running android 2.2, my network security is enterprise, and my wirelss is auto configured via Xpress connect.

Anyone got any ideas as to why i have to manually connect all the time? It should be setup for auto connection. My bills are rising at the moment as my Data allowance is being used as opposed to my wireless.
