Thread: What does it mean?

BLUE Indicator LED

Have read through everything I can find in the manual and around the web and still nothing so here goes;

What does a blue light where the indicator LED is mean?

*I checked and bluetooth was off (that was my first thought)
*Also showed my m8 in the other room thinking maybe I was seeing things or something in the room maybe changing the hue. She could also see a blue light
*The manual doesnt seem to mention anything but orange red and green lights.

I tried turning the phone off and the light stayed on so I eventualy decided to take the battery out and the light hasnt returned since.

But what the hell does it mean?!?
And has anyone else seen this?

PS:talking about the LED to the right of the earpiece at the top of the front of the phone.

I'll exchange my stupid plain ordinary HTC Magic with yours, which has blue light LED. :twisted:

But since you stated that the blue light hasn't returned again after your take out the battery, well then I guess there's no need.
The problem is solved, no?
Get on with your life, cause life is too short to watch upon / find reasons why blue light popped up in your HTC Magic LED indicator.

Same problem but mine won't turn on... I remove the batterie and Sim put it back in. Turn it on blue light turns on and i only see a blank screen.... I tryed turning it on with many different combinations of keys no solution
