considering you have an original htc, and not a branded one. just rename the ruu to update.zip and put it on your sd card.

I am not 100% sure what to do, but it could be that debugging mode is supported now as well?
Try this: Download the HTC drivers if you don't have them already.

Download this:

Install it in a easy to access folder:
Run it and type the next things in the prompt
- adb shell reboot bootloader (wait till your phone enters bootloader)
- fastboot boot cm-hero-recovery.img
- adb shell mount /sdcard
- adb push cm-hero-recovery.img /sdcard/cm-hero-recovery.img
- adb shell flash_image recovery /sdcard/cm-hero-recovery.img
- Now a custom boatloader is installed. it should be possible to flash any rom now..
- Download the following file, and rename it to update.zip:
http://content.modaco.net/hero/updat....18-signed.zip
- put this onte the root of your SD-card, and reboot your phone with the Home-button pressed. Select the second option (flash update.zip), Confirm with HOME-button. Your radio should be updated as well now.
- Download the next file (full firmware), and rename to update.zip as well:
http://content.modaco.net/hero/2.1-u...ore-signed.zip
- Repeat the radio update, and reboot your phone.

Can another pro verify this before TS actually starts doing this, since i am not that familiar with Androids?
