    Default 4gb internal, 1gb usable?

    hi everyone.

i just recently bought an htc one v. it's my first android phone, and i think it's pretty awesome. i just noticed though, that it says 0.98gb on my total internal storage. as far as i know, the one v has 4gb internal storage. could it be possible that the phone software actually takes up 4gb of internal space? someone, please enlighten me on this.

    thanks!

Yes you are supposed to get only 0.98gb of the 4gb. 3gb is used up by the software.

I have read your problem. Yes of course, It is possible. You are supposed to get the 0.98GB internal memory storage of the 4 GB internal memory storage and 3GB internal memory storage is used by the software in HTC One v phone.
