Default Vibration feedback grayed out - HTC One X

This morning I have upgraded to Jelly Bean. Everything works a charm except for one small snag; I cannot seem to activate vibration feedback. The option is grayed out.

    What I've tried:

    1) Enabling sound feedback, disabling it, trying each variation of quiet, loud etc.
    2) Deselecting show Ärroe keys"and "Trace keyboard".
    3) Reset device (only soft reset) - I don't want to reset it to factory settings.

Have I missed something? I want to be able to turn this feature on - any help would be appreciated. Screenshot below:

    Thanks.

Hey mate. Turn off power saving mode in notification bar. That should solve your issue.

I have exactly the same problem with my HTC one X+, turning off the battery saving mode helps.
