    Default Unabe to back up using Sync Manager

    I've previously used SM on my W10 laptop without issue, with an M7 phone. I now have an M9 and when I try to back up, SM will get to around 55-60% & then a Runtime Error message is displayed. This is the message:-

    If anyone has come across this & managed to sort it out I'd love to hear from you.

    Have tried checking the hard drive for errors (none) & uninstalled SM & installed latest version but still get the same error. Had no issue at all with my M7. This has only begun to happen with my M9.
