    Default HTC P3300 problem!!

    anyone can please help me on my HTC P3300...

    my problem is cannot turn on Bluetooth and also windows update is not functioning..
    my phone is basically have a built-in bluetooth, but however i fail to turn on my bluetooth.

    can anyone pros please help me. i will appreciate you guys suggestion too.. thanks.. !!
