Thread: 3400i -- Missing calls

Hi All,

I just bought P3400i three days ago and then when i started using it, All my friends started to complain that they are calling me and it is ringing continuously and iam not lifting the phone. When i check my call history i do not find any missed call or call. This is the problem. Iam facing it from the 3 days and about 30 calls as far as i know are missed in such fashion. Kindly can anyone tell me in which cases that the call will not arrive and if it is an issue please let me know if there is any fix. Thanks In advance

Do you leave a lot of applications open and run a high memory usage while the device is in sleep? I've seen some people complain of this problem with other devices and this was sometimes the problem

I have already tried that and iam taking care that none of the processes are running while i kept it in sleep. Even iam not switching my blue tooth on or running any music on the back ground. Simply i cannot understand why it is not showing me calls as the phone is intended basically for calls and this being called as phone has to do that it is simply frustrating me mean while i got about 5 complaints about missed calls and i have stopped putting it on sleep. Then also i got a complaint. Please if any body can tell a solution please tell it quickly it is simply screwing me up. All the folks from HTC please help we to get around this please
