    Default Smart updating??

    Hi, I have a Smart touch that is playing up (it wont connect to the internet, it will not keep reception, getting slow). I went back to the shop I got it from and was advised to update it but when I go on to the HTC sync it says that it is up to date.

    Any further advice on this matter??
