    Exclamation Damaged Phone Storage HTC Vivid

    I have no SD card on this phone, i saved all of my pictures on the internal memory (A Mistake). I connected my phone to my PC and right after i disconnected it, it was reading the Internal Memory and it said "Damaged phone storage-Phone storage damaged. you may have to reformat it." I have pictures of family here that i don't want to lose. how can i save those pictures.
