    Default Unlock Bootloader Help

    I followed the steps from the HTC developers site for unlocking my bootloader, HTC Vivid.

    On the last step (#9) from the "c" prompt - prior to pasting the necessary code scrips, the system freezes and simply says, " waiting on device."

    Anyone - help,
